Watertown Centennial Cake

A Department of Public Works crew spray paint the Centennial Cake on Public Square in Watertown in April 1969. The weather-beaten cake had been brightened by a new "frosting" of paint. The wooden cake was constructed by students from the Jefferson County Vocational-Technical Center.
