Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered herein and dated May 13, 2019, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the front vestibule of the Jefferson County Court Complex, 163 Arsenal Street, Watertown, NY on August 12, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. premises situate in the Town of Theresa, County of Jefferson and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at an iron pipe in the easterly margin of the Kelsey Bridge Road, said iron pipe being South West 30 feet; South West 177 feet and South West 110.25 feet long said margin from an iron pipe in the northwest line of a 38.80 acre parcel of land conveyed by deed dated May 3, 1950 and recorded in the Jefferson County Clerk's Office in Liber 583 of Deeds at Page 7, thence South East 46.52 feet; thence continuing on the same bearing about 7 feet to the shore of Indian River; thence South East about 3 feet from a stake; thence North West., about 3 feet to said stake, thence North West 15.69 feet to a stake in the aforementioned margin of the Kelsey Bridge Road; thence North East along said margin, 200.29 feet to the place of beginning. Also, all that other parcel of land located in the Town of Theresa, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at an iron pipe in the Westerly margin of the Kelsey Bridge Road, said iron pipe being North West, 49.5 feet from the place of beginning of the above described parcel; thence South West 257.25 feet to a point in the northerly margin of the New York Central Railroad right-of-way; thence North West, 14.23 feet to an iron pipe; thence continuing on the same bearing North West 146.29 feet to an iron pipe; thence North East, 259.87 feet; thence South East, 135.10 feet to the place of beginning.
