Carthage woman charged with intoxicated driving

EVANS MILLS — State police charged Amilda F. Torres, 60, Carthage, with driving while intoxicated at 9:59 p.m. Saturday on Leray Street.

Her blood alcohol was not provided. State law says a BAC of 0.08 percent or higher constitutes intoxication.

Police released her and issued her an appearance ticket. Further details were not provided by state police.
