WATERTOWN — A Watertown man faces charges after allegedly holding a knife to a woman’s neck on Sunday.

City police arrested Shane T. Casselman, 21, of 232 W. Main St., apt. 47, and charged him with misdemeanor second-degree menacing, misdemeanor second-degree unlawful imprisonment, misdemeanor fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment, a violation at 8:14 p.m. Sunday at residence.

Police said Mr. Casselman pushed the victim, Daytona Moegelin, back into the apartment when she attempted to leave, as well as held a knife to her neck.

Mr. Casselman was held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment in City Court.
