City woman allegedly stole items from Walmart

WATERTOWN — A Watertown man faces charges after allegedly punching and choking a woman during a domestic dispute.

City police charged Anthony D. Jackson, 21, of 273 High St., lower apartment, with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation and second-degree harassment at 9:19 p.m. Sunday at his residence.

Mr. Jackson was held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment in City Court.
