Watertown man accused of shaking toddler

WATERTOWN — A Watertown man faces charges after allegedly shaking a toddler to make her stop crying.

City police charged Kevin B. Youmans, 19, of 117 High St., with acting in a manner injurious to a child at 12:11 a.m. Saturday at 117 High St.

Mr. Youmans was released with an appearance ticket to City Court.
