Copenhagen man faces aggravated DWI charge

WATERTOWN — A Watertown man faces charges after allegedly throwing a woman’s cell phone on the street, causing the screen to shatter, during a domestic incident Saturday.

City police charged Richard S. Stevens, 40, of 132 Maywood Terrace, with fourth-degree criminal mischief at 1:55 a.m. at residence.

Mr. Stevens was held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment in City Court.
