Watertown man admits he used stolen credit card

WATERTOWN — Randy L. Durham Jr., 36, of 417 Washington St., pleaded guilty Monday in Jefferson County Court to fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

Mr. Durham admitted that on Jan. 17 in Watertown he possessed a credit card stolen from Gerald Flynn.

He is expected to be sentenced Sept. 3 to an unspecified amount of time served at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building and five years’ probation. He will also be ordered to pay $2,033 in restitution.
