U.S. Rep. Elise M. Stefanik, R-Willsboro, announced on Monday she has been endorsed by five New York State Assembly members.
The Assembly members are Jake Ashby, 107th District, Ken Blankenbush, 117th District, Marc Butler, 118th District, Dan Stec, 114th District and Mary Beth Walsh, 112th District.
“Congresswoman Stefanik has been a staunch ally for our military and for our veterans,” Mr. Blankenbush was quoted as saying in the release. “Her dedication to protecting Fort Drum by securing integral funds for the base has been essential for our military readiness on the east coast and for the economic security of Jefferson County.”
