City police investigate report of shot fired

WATERTOWN — Tyler J.A. Blasco, 24, of Black River, was charged by city police with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

At about 11:40 p.m. on Monday at Stewart’s on Mill Street, Mr. Blasco allegedly possessed metal knuckles. He was arrested that night and later released with a ticket to appear in City Court.
