MASSENA — The St. Lawrence County Department of Public Health on Friday issued a potential COVID-19 exposure warning for a local restaurant.

Those who visited Coach’s Corner, 191 Park Ave., between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. on Aug 28, have a potential risk of exposure to COVID-19.

Also on Friday, the St. Lawrence County Public Health Department reported four new cases of COVID-19. The total number of confirmed cases reported since March 25 is at 292.

A total of 265 people have been released from isolation after recovering from the disease caused by the novel coronavirus and four people have died as a result of the virus in St. Lawrence County.

There are 23 active case of COVID-19 in the county being tracked by the county public health department. One person is currently hospitalized.

The state Department of Health reports that 45,077 people in the county have been tested.
