LAWRENCE — State police on Wednesday charged Luke J. Molella, 17, of 449 Sullivan St., Winthrop, with misdemeanor resisting arrest. He was also cited with disorderly conduct.
Troopers charge that about 1 p.m. at St. Lawrence Central School, 1039 Route 11C, school staff contacted them after Mr. Molella refused to leave the lunchroom upon request and, when approached by troopers, Mr. Molella became irate and began screaming obscenities. Mr. Molella was removed from the cafeteria and, while troopers attempted to place him under arrest for disorderly conduct, he physically resisted troopers.
