Plattsburgh man charged after vehicle pursuit

ROSSIE — An Ogdensburg woman was arrested on Sept. 30 for allegedly making a false report to police.

State police said Debra R. Race, 40, reported a burglary at a residence in Rossie during which she claimed some money was stolen. Ms. Race later admitted that she stole the money.

Ms. Race was charged with third-degree grand larceny and third-degree falsely reporting an incident.

She was arraigned in Rossie Town Court and released on her own recognizance. She will return to town court at a later date.
