Woman hospitalized after Pamelia crash

Jesse L. Anson, 39, of Richville, was charged by state police early Tuesday morning with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, all misdemeanors. The charges stem from a traffic stop on County Route 19 in Edwards.
