CANTON — Logan Shantie scored four goals to lead the St. Lawrence Central boys lacrosse team to an 11-9 victory over Canton in a matchup of undefeated Northern Athletic Conference teams Tuesday.

Zack Dumers and Alex Burg both scored twice for the Larries (5-0 overall, 4-0 division).

Canton (2-1) received three goals from Cayden Emerson and two from Eben Thrasher.

Isaac Testani scored six goals and Carson Wescott added three as Ogdensburg Free Academy (3-1, 3-0) won an NAC game in Massena. Nicholas Morrell scored three goals and assisted on two others for Massena (1-3).

Keenan Hassett scored three goals to send the Sandstoners past the Hornets (0-4) in an NAC game in Potsdam. Danner Dorothy added two goals for Potsdam (2-3, 1-2).


Margaret Wilmshurst finished with four goals as the Red Raiders defeated the Blue Devils (0-5, 0-3) in an NAC game in Massena.

Aryssa Hopps and Lindsey LaDue both scored three goals for Massena (3-0).

Hannah Stevenson scored four goals as the Golden Bears (3-0) defeated the Bulldogs in an NAC game in Heuvelton.

Emma LaFaver led Heuvelton (0-3, 0-2) with three goals and one assist. Dakota Mouthorp scored twice.


Ethan Baldwin threw a no-hitter, striking out 15, to lead the Blue Devils past the Wildcats (0-2) in a Central Division game in Ogdensburg.

Baldwin also drove in two runs with a single and Hayden Ives drilled a two-run triple for the Blue Devils (2-1, 1-0).

David Dubray and Zack Goolden combined to give up just one hit as Massena defeated Malone in the Central Division opener in Malone.

Dubray struck out 14 in seven innings. The winning run scored in the top of the ninth when Adam Peets scored on a sacrifice fly by Nevin LaShomb.

Luke Allen struck out seven and picked up two hits as the Flyers defeated the Saints in the East Division opener for both teams in Norwood. Reed Gravlin led the Flyers with three hits.

Kolby Perkins picked up two hits and drove in four runs as St. Lawrence Central defeated Parishville-Hopkinton in the East Division opener in Parishville. Ronlando Gonzales added two hits and drove in two runs for the Larries.

Jonathen Trathen produced four hits, including a double and triple, as Heuvelton defeated Lisbon in the West Division opener in Lisbon. Bryce Lake picked up three hits.

Parker Harper and Royce Lottie both produced three-hit games as Edwards-Knox defeated Hermon-DeKalb in the West Division opener for both teams in DeKalb Junction.

Justin Scott, Tyler Scott and Kale Harper all supplied two hits for the Cougars.


Kelsey Williams and Emma Ladouceur combined on a three-hitter as the Bulldogs beat the Golden Knights in a West Division game in Lisbon. It was the opener for both squads.

Madison McCormick led the Bulldogs with three hits, including a double.

Anna Dumas and Chloe Champagne each produced three hits as Chateaugay (1-0) defeated Madrid-Waddington in an East Division game in Madrid. Game two of the scheduled doubleheader was suspended after three innings with Chateaugay up 8-1.

Steph Curran led Madrid-Waddington (1-1) with three hits and Marisa Hawkins added two hits and three RBIs.

Ryleigh McCauley struck out eight and lined three hits, including a three-run home run, to lead Malone past Massena in the Central Division opener for both teams in Massena.

Ieronhenehtha Lazore and Jalyn Cook both picked up two hits for the Red Raiders.
